OW guarantees the water stability by filtration and keeping a value around 20/30 µS, and balances with salts to maintain an optimal value for printing around 300/400 µS.
It prevents the rollers deterioration by eliminating the calcium carbonate that causes the plugging of the rubber porosity, that ruin the rollers for the printing process.
The osmosis equipment is indispensable for alcohol zero printing.
